Job Summary: A last-mile logistics company is seeking personnel for small merchandise transportation, including clothing, technology, and health & beauty products. Key Highlights: 1. Induction for adaptation to the work system We are a last-mile logistics company specialized in deliveries for e-commerce businesses. We transport small merchandise, primarily clothing, technology, accessories, as well as health and beauty products. Operation Location: Lima, designated area of Ate Vitarte **(Page 3 of this document)**/ Work Schedule and Days: Monday to Saturday // **Pickup Hours: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM** // **Delivery Hours: 12:30 PM until completion of the delivery route.** Compensation: Total: **S/.2,200 fixed monthly salary \+ Unlimited commissions** / **Bi-weekly payment.** **\- Fuel and maintenance included in the monthly payment.** Benefits: \- Occasional activity-based incentives. \- Work equipment provided by the company. (Backpack and packing tape, if required). **Daily Commission Table**: 1 to 15 deliveries: S/.0 16 to 18 deliveries: S/.5 19 to 21 deliveries: S/.10 22 to 24 deliveries: S/.15 25 or more deliveries: S/.20 (Increase of S/.5 per every 2 additional deliveries) **Commissioning begins at 15 orders and is calculated based on daily deliveries** Not applicable if: 1\- All assigned route orders are not completed or justified. 2\- Incidents caused by rider error are not counted as deliveries. 3\- All bonuses are cumulative and paid within the same bi-weekly cycle. 4\- Orders from previous days, uncompleted due to unforeseen circumstances, are added to the same day. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ \- Our company is committed to continuous improvement; employees must comply with new directives introduced by the company to enhance competitiveness. 30-minute induction for adaptation to the work system \+ 15-minute Q&A session.
