




Job Summary: We are seeking an assistant to manage requirements, quotations, purchase orders, inventory control, and administrative logistics support. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of requirements and quotations 2. Inventory control and material logistics 3. Administrative support and coordination with the treasury REQUIREMENTS Completed secondary education EXPERIENCE Desirable: two (2) years of experience working in warehouses or providing administrative logistics support. RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Receive all material and service requirements. 2\. Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate prices prior to purchase generation. 3\. Prepare comparative tables in the system. 4\. Verify stock levels in coordination with the warehouse. 5\. Generate purchase orders (POs) and service orders (SOs) in the system. 6\. Request approvals for orders. 7\. Coordinate with the Treasury Department for check issuance and cash payments. 8\. Monitor timely fulfillment of dispatched material orders. 9\. Record incoming and outgoing materials, tools, machinery, and equipment received. 10\. Store and manage inventories systematically, including materials, tools, machinery, and equipment received. 11\. Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse and its contents. 12\. Respond promptly and efficiently to field staff requirements. 13\. Support the Administrator in any assigned tasks. 14\. Comply with all applicable safety regulations and policies, in accordance with established safety procedures.
