INVERSIONES KIMER has over 30 years of market presence and operates 18 branches; we are currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE for our SANTIAGO DE SURCO branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately carry out the appraisal process for pledged jewelry, evaluate and appraise pledged electronic items offered by customers as collateral according to company standards, and assess vehicle-backed credit. * Efficiently serve customers and the general public, and process various requested transactions. * Proactively promote and clarify available credit options, addressing inquiries with a sales-oriented and proactive attitude. * Manage the promotion, evaluation, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery of pawn loans. * Support achievement of the branch's commercial targets across all products and/or services, in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
