Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure and Expansion Projects to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of projects in the foodservice and retail sectors. A leading corporate group in the foodservice and retail sector is seeking a **Head of Infrastructure and Expansion Projects**, a professional responsible for leading the planning, execution, supervision, and continuous improvement of infrastructure projects for restaurants, cafés, and other commercial establishments. We seek a strategic, leadership-oriented professional with proven experience in construction execution, renovations, infrastructure maintenance, and project management—ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. Responsibilities * Lead planning and execution of infrastructure projects for new openings, renovations, and facility upgrades. * Continuously monitor the infrastructure condition of restaurants, cafés, and other business units. * Identify improvement opportunities and detect structural, construction-related, or maintenance issues. * Develop project execution schedules and track deadline compliance. * Supervise contractors, suppliers, and personnel involved in each project. * Control budgets, valuations, and construction progress. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and other involved specialists. * Manage permits, licenses, and municipal procedures required for project execution. * Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, Civil Defense requirements, safety standards, and other legal provisions. * Conduct regular site visits across various locations to assess infrastructure status. * Prepare executive reports on progress, incidents, and improvement proposals. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper project execution. Requirements * Licensed and registered Architect (preferred). * Minimum of **5 years** of experience leading infrastructure, construction, or renovation projects. * Mandatory experience in restaurants, cafés, retail, hotels, shopping centers, or similar commercial projects. * Extensive knowledge of construction execution and infrastructure development. * Proven experience managing permits and procedures with municipalities and public entities. * Familiarity with building codes, Civil Defense regulations, and technical inspections. * Budget management and project control experience. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. * Willingness to travel between the company’s various locations.
