Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Administrator to conduct appraisals, serve customers, promote credit options, and manage pawn loans at our Santiago de Surco branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct jewelry appraisals for collateral and vehicle loan assessments. 2. Serve customers and process operations efficiently. 3. Promote credit options with a sales-oriented and proactive attitude. INVERSIONES KIMER has over 30 years of market presence and operates 18 branches; we are currently seeking a JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR for our SANTIAGO DE SURCO branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately carry out the appraisal process for jewelry offered as collateral, appraisal and assessment of pledged electronic items provided by customers as collateral according to company guidelines, and vehicle loan assessments. * Efficiently serve customers and the general public, and process various requested operations. * Promote and address inquiries or questions regarding available credit options with a sales-oriented and proactive attitude. * Manage promotion, assessment, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery of pawn loans. * Support achievement of the branch's commercial targets across all products and/or services, in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,350.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
