Position Summary:
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to manage legal documentation, support legal procedures, and advise internal departments.

**Requirements:**
* Law or Political Science graduate or bachelor's degree holder.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in this position or performing similar duties.
* Knowledge of labor, administrative, corporate, and commercial law.
* Training in contracting, administrative procedures, or related fields is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools at the user level.
* Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal letters, and reports.
* Availability to conduct procedures before public and private entities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Draft, review, and maintain up-to-date company contracts, addendums, and other legal documents.
* Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, deadlines, and required documentation.
* Prepare letters, requests, complaints, inquiries, reports, and other legal documents.
* Track judicial proceedings and administrative procedures, coordinating with external law firms as needed.
* Keep information on judicial and administrative proceedings updated.
* Provide support on labor matters, including drafting contracts, addendums, certificates, dismissal letters, and disciplinary documents.
* Support inspections, summonses, and procedures before SUNAFIL and the Ministry of Labor.
* Draft minutes, meeting notices, powers of attorney, and corporate documentation; coordinate signature collection.
* Maintain updated records of powers of attorney, trademarks, licenses, certificates, and other legal documentation.
* Conduct procedures and track files before municipalities, SUNARP, Indecopi, and other public or private entities.
* Review and report on legal regulations that may impact company operations.
* Organize and archive legal documentation, both physical and digital.
* Provide legal advice and support to various organizational departments.
* Comply with internal policies, the Code of Ethics, and data protection regulations.
