Job Summary: You will support the sales team in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification through post-sales and administrative closure. Key Highlights: 1. Development of communication and organizational skills Role Overview As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in managing the end-to-end sales cycle: preparing quotations, tracking orders and purchase orders, internal coordination, and customer/channel support. You will gain exposure to the entire process—from opportunity identification and quoting to post-sales and administrative closure. The Sales team drives growth by managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. We work closely with Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and Customer Service/CX. Responsibilities * Send weekly order status updates to channels/customers; identify delays and trigger alerts to manufacturers and/or customers. * Coordinate with Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver accurate and timely responses. * Escalate issues to manufacturers, copying Product Managers and Account Managers as appropriate. * Track software activations linked to sales and ensure purchase orders are completed at the correct time. * Follow up on partner acceptance certificates to enable timely invoicing. * Send weekly stock availability updates to customers/partners. * Monitor order flow (Procurement, Finance, Logistics) to place orders with manufacturers on the same day or next business day. * Route post-sales incidents to responsible departments and follow up until resolution. * Support lead generation, CRM/sales system updates, and pipeline and reporting tracking. * For one vacancy (SPI team): additional coordination with customers on channel-specific processes. Requirements * Currently enrolled university student in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields (pre-professional internship). * Availability for part-time work per Peruvian regulations; flexible schedule agreed upon with supervisor. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Office/Google Workspace tools; familiarity with CRM is desirable. * Fluent Spanish; intermediate English preferred (spoken and written). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer orientation. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks. * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
