Plant Administrator – Lurín At **Alimentos PIKI**, a Peruvian food-sector company, we are looking for a **Plant Administrator** to lead the administrative management of our Lurín operation. Position Objective Plan, organize, direct, and control the plant’s administrative, financial, and support management, ensuring efficient resource utilization, cost control, achievement of organizational goals, and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities * Administer and supervise the plant’s administrative processes. * Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, costs, and financial indicators. * Implement and track management indicators (KPIs), proposing improvement actions. * Lead continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making. * Coordinate continuously with Production, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, Commercial, and Human Resources departments. * Supervise compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Ensure proper handling of administrative documentation and compliance with internal and legal regulations. * Control industrial and administrative costs of the operation. * Manage administrative procurement and negotiate with suppliers within company policies. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as an Administrator, Administrative Manager, or in similar roles. * **Mandatory experience in food or medium-to-large manufacturing companies.** * Solid knowledge of: * Industrial costs. * Financial and budgetary control. * Administrative planning. * Management indicators (KPIs). * Continuous improvement and process optimization. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Softcom, or others). * Leadership, negotiation, organizational, effective communication, and results-oriented skills.
