We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Technician**. **What do we need from you?** * Technician in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Familiarity with mechanical components (bearings, belts, etc.). * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.** * Availability to work overtime when operations require it. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant mechanical equipment. * Carry out adjustment, assembly, and replacement of mechanical components (bearings, belts, etc.). * Inspect peripheral equipment and auxiliary plant equipment. * Operate and control compressed air systems. * Detect and report failures or anomalies. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. **What do we offer?** * Fixed remuneration * General regime payroll with all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * 65% food subsidy. * Biweekly payments. * Birthday day off. * Corporate discounts on products. * Educational agreements with institutes and universities. **Apply now and become part of the SMASAC Family!** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
