Job Summary: Peruvian Nature is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide technical support, assembly, disassembly, and preventive/corrective maintenance for machinery at its Production Plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and maintenance of plant machinery 2. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, and prepares reports 3. Identifies and resolves machine failures **Peruvian Nature is an agro-export company specializing in superfoods and is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Production Plant located in Lurín.** **What will you do in this role?** * Provide technical support during assigned shifts. * Perform assembly and disassembly using appropriate tools and equipment to repair or replace worn-out parts or damaged mechanisms. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery. * Lubricate machinery as required. * Prepare corrective and preventive maintenance reports for machinery. * Identify machine failures and implement solutions in coordination with the Supervisor. * Ensure no failures occur in completed maintenance tasks. **What qualifications do you need to apply?** * Completed technical studies in Maintenance Mechanics and/or Maintenance Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Production Technician. * Knowledge of Good Maintenance Practices (GMP). **What benefits do we offer?** * A paid day off on your birthday. * Career advancement opportunities based on performance. * Discounts at exclusive cinema, entertainment, restaurant, and other brands. **What are your working conditions?** * Rotating biweekly shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. / 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. / 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. * Full payroll registration from day one.
