We are currently seeking a: **Fresh Export Logistics Specialist** **Your impact on our team:** Supervise and execute export operations for fresh and frozen products, ensuring compliance with shipment schedules and on-time delivery at destination. Immediately resolve any unforeseen issues that may affect the supply chain, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction. ### **Responsibilities** * Generate and ensure that Freight Purchase Orders are sent to shipping lines immediately upon vessel departure, or to airlines upon completion of air shipments. * Verify and control costs incurred during the export process — ocean and air freight. * Monitor export process costs and ensure adherence to rates agreed upon with shipping lines and other operators negotiated by Camposol. * Ensure timely coordination with Allocation regarding shipment projections by preparing forecasts to secure space on ocean or air transport (International). * Ensure timely coordination of Camposol’s shipment schedules across various loading countries, including booking requests with shipping lines for container and vessel space allocation, as well as airline space when required. * Prepare and review weekly reports on incidents, inefficiencies/problems with shipping lines (ocean transport) to enable follow-up and continuous improvement. * Manage and verify timely entry of maritime transportation information and data into the system. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, International Business Administration, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing distribution and international trade processes for fresh fruit (mandatory), plus a total of 4 years of experience in maritime freight negotiation and logistics operations. * Knowledge of national and international export/import legislation and insurance policy regulations for exports. * Familiarity with Incoterms 2010, UCP 600 and ISBP rules, export documentation, and international collections. * Intermediate Microsoft Office * ERP SAP * Location: Lima **✨ Apply with us and take the first step toward a career full of opportunities and challenges — together, let’s work the land to improve lives** **At Camposol, we promote inclusion of persons with disabilities and gender equity, ensuring equal conditions and benefits for women and men.**
