




Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the brand's complete production process—from sample development to final delivery—ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the entire textile production cycle of the brand. 2. Lead and coordinate external workshops and suppliers. 3. Focus on quality, costs, and process optimization. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the brand's entire production process—from sample development to final delivery of finished garments—ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost control. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop weekly and monthly production schedules. * Manage procurement of inputs and materials required for production. * Plan, allocate, and supervise workloads with external workshops for garment assembly, embroidery, printing, laundry, and other services. * Conduct daily tracking of progress and adherence to deadlines. * Supervise quality control of inputs, patterns, and the garment assembly process. * Calculate per-garment costs and profitability margins. * Negotiate with suppliers and workshops to optimize costs and timelines. * Coordinate with the sampling department on prototype development, testing, and revisions. * Supervise inventory levels of inputs and materials. * Prepare weekly progress reports. * Monitor and report production KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS** * University graduate / Technical professional in Textile Production: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Fashion Design with a production focus, or Textile/ Garment Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience performing similar functions in production processes, including external workshops and factories. * Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Office. * Experience managing seasonal collections. * Experience in quality control and production scaling. * Knowledge of printing, embroidery, washing, and application techniques. * Ability to resolve operational problems and work under pressure. * Prior experience with retail brands, women's fashion, or premium brands is desirable. **COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership and decisive character. * High level of organization and sense of urgency. * Effective negotiation skills. * Extreme attention to detail. * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity.
