We adopt an inclusive approach, promote gender equality, and uphold our Code of Ethics". **Position Title: Logistics Professional** Number of Vacancies: (01\) **Mission:** Lead the organization’s procurement of goods and contracting of services in accordance with internal guidelines and applicable regulations to meet the requirements of organizational units and projects. **Requirements:** · Graduate professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. · Minimum 02 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within nonprofit organizations or the health sector, or within SES performing related functions. · Specialization in procurement and supply chain management, contract management, asset control, or related areas (desirable). · Knowledge of tendering processes, international trade, import\-export (desirable). · Microsoft Office \- intermediate level. · Availability to work in San Isidro. **Responsibilities:** · Plan and execute activities related to procurement of goods (domestic or international) and contracting of services. · Monitor and control scheduled activities to ensure their timely completion. · Coordinate with requesting users and stakeholders on technical specifications for purchasing goods or contracting services, to prepare the corresponding procurement files. · Constitute and lead special committees responsible for managing selection processes under SES procurement procedures. · Submit relevant documents to Accounting to ensure supplier payments. · Prepare and submit interim and final reports on goods procurement and service contracts. · Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of this position. **Conditions** **Payroll Inclusion** **Statutory Benefits** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Work Modality:** 50% on-site / 50% remote “In case of applicants with disabilities, please attach the certificate issued by the competent institutions, as stipulated in Article 76° of Law No. 29973, General Law for Persons with Disabilities.” Work Location: On-site employment
