Responsibilities * Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. * Coordinate and monitor dining room, bar, and delivery departments. * Prepare and supervise staff schedules. * Perform cash reconciliation and closing procedures. * Train, evaluate, and follow up with service staff. * Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to quality standards. * Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement. * Comply with and enforce internal company procedures. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a manager, dining room supervisor, or in similar roles within restaurants. * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields (preferred). * Leadership and team management skills. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and results orientation. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**, including weekends and holidays.
