Job Summary: Ensure the safety, order, and proper orientation of customers, visitors, tenants, and suppliers within El Polo Shopping Mall through preventive surveillance and high-quality service. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in security, surveillance, orientation, or customer service roles. * Completed secondary education. * Age range: approximately 25 to 50 years. * Availability to work rotating day and night shifts. * Good physical condition for performing constant patrols during the shift. * Excellent personal appearance. * Service-oriented attitude and customer focus. * Observational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and ease in interacting with customers, visitors, and coworkers. * High level of responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. Required Documentation * Curriculum Vitae (CV) in PDF format. * Valid Certiadulto or Certijoven. * Vaccination card. * Documentation verifying education and work experience. Main Responsibilities * Safeguard the safety of customers, visitors, tenants, and staff at El Polo Shopping Mall. * Conduct regular patrols in assigned areas to prevent incidents and ensure order. * Guide and inform visitors about the location of stores, services, and other areas within the shopping mall. * Verify that furniture, equipment, and assets in common areas remain in their designated locations and in optimal condition. * Prevent entry of street vendors, intermediaries, or individuals posing a risk to the establishment’s safety or order. * Control access for suppliers, contractors, and technical personnel into restricted areas—especially the rooftop—only upon prior authorization. * Coordinate with the Security Supervisor regarding supplier access for merchandise delivery or pickup, maintenance, gas refills, furniture relocation, and other authorized tasks. * Support the Central Parking department as required by operational needs. * Immediately report any incident, risk situation, or suspicious activity. * Strictly comply with procedures, security protocols, and internal regulations of the Shopping Mall. * Maintain appropriate personal appearance and wear the official uniform correctly throughout the entire shift. Working Conditions * **Position:** Security Orientator. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Work Location:** El Polo Shopping Mall. * **Working Hours:** Rotating **12-hour** shifts: * Day shift: **7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** * Night shift: **7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.** * Availability to work either shift according to service scheduling. * **Remuneration:** **S/ 2,000.00** per month. * **Overtime pay** in accordance with current labor regulations. * **Full payroll enrollment from day one**, including all statutory benefits: * Bonuses. * Compensation for Time of Service (CTS). * Vacation leave. * Health Insurance (EsSalud). * Family allowance (if applicable). * Pension system contributions (AFP or ONP).
