Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced textile garment worker specializing in bed linens for a company with over 10 years in the Peruvian market and a leadership-oriented vision. Positive work environment We are New Rousse Import, a textile company specializing in bed linens—including bedspreads, comforters, sheets, etc.—with over 10 years in the market; our vision is to continue growing and become a leading brand in the Peruvian market. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sewing sheets, pillowcases, and other home textile products. * Proficiency in operating straight-stitch sewing machines, overlock machines, and coverstitch machines (preferred). * Knowledge of measurement taking, fabric cutting, and assembly. * Experience in quality finishing and seam control. * Ability to work with various fabric types (cotton, polyester, microfiber, etc.). * Speed and precision in garment production while maintaining high-quality standards. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to work. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet production targets. * Availability to work during the company’s designated hours. **Desirable:** * Experience in garment workshops or textile factories. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for sewing machines. * Experience in volume-based production.
