Job Summary: Support the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the condition, custody, preservation, and safe disposition of products, including weighing, controlling inflows and outflows, and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential support in warehouse product management and custody. 2. Comprehensive control of material and product inflows and outflows. 3. Application of good storage and handling practices. \- Support the Warehouse Supervisor in activities necessary for maintaining proper storage condition, custody, preservation, and safe disposition of stored products and supplies. \- Weigh products and control inflows and outflows of raw materials, equipment, materials, reusable and new packaging, and finished products. \- Execute warehouse cleaning programs with cleaning staff support and maintain clean and orderly warehouses. \- Inspect stored products daily and report their preservation status and packaging condition to the Warehouse Supervisor. \- Maintain a physical file of MSDS for stored products and additionally a digital file for access by warehouse, production, and logistics management. \- Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System for storage, inventories, non-conforming products, dispatch, as well as instructions related to warehouse management. \- Apply good storage and handling practices in operations. \- Organize products to enable rapid and effective counting. \- Place products in the warehouse according to instructions and NU classification. \- Identify and relocate products with low or no movement. \- Maintain up-to-date physical records of warehouse movements and stock levels of stored products. \- Physically verify and perform appropriate weighing of received raw materials. \- Deliver quality certificates, test reports, or quality documents for raw materials to the laboratory head. \- Weigh and deliver raw materials per production orders and supervise material delivery to production. \- Support periodic physical inventory execution by verifying accounting stock as well as correct placement and proper identification of stored materials and products. \- Support weighing and dispatch of finished products, as well as preparation of documentation requested in the storage procedure. \- Coordinate with production and laboratory departments per Warehouse Supervisor instructions. \- Verify product loading onto authorized transport vehicles according to material type (compliance with MTC standards) and complete corresponding records. \- Support completion of HISA's merchandise transportation vehicle log. \- Submit the reconciliation for Annex 1 products and a detailed stock report to management, logistics, and human resources within five business days after month commencement. \- Support the Supervisor in preparing reports and documentation required by production and logistics departments. \- Maintain an orderly workstation and lockers. Attend all company-scheduled talks or trainings to which assigned, and comply with all occupational or clinical medical examinations conducted. \- Care and control of personal protective equipment (PPE); upon completion of use, return each item to the Safety Head. \- Responsible for proper use of PPE on-site. \- Maintain control over sling inflows and outflows; this control must be submitted whenever modifications occur, and shall be submitted to the Human Resources Department, with copies to the Safety Assistant and Production & SIG Coordinator. \- Obligated to sign for documents delivered by the company. In case of disagreement, a written rebuttal may be submitted within no more than two (2) days after receiving the referenced document. \- Comply with ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 system directives and approaches implemented in the company and with established procedures. \- Must arrange CITT submission; once personal medical leaves exceed 21 days, a maximum of 10 days after medical clearance is granted.
