Petty cash handling and support during audits. Job Objective To ensure basic administrative, documentary, and financial order within the shopping center. This is a control, support, and execution role—not a decision-making role. Responsibilities * Contract control and filing for tenants and suppliers * **Billing, payment, and collection registration and tracking** * Preparation of monthly reports: income, delinquency, expenses * **Bank reconciliations** Administrative coordination with tenants and suppliers * **Service order issuance and tracking** Support in handling administrative complaints * **Petty cash handling** Audit process support for administration Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in corporate administration, or experience in real estate, shopping centers, or office buildings (preferred) * **Intermediate Excel skills (filters, tables, simple reconciliations)** Organizational ability, documentation tracking, and judgment * **Clear, firm, and professional communication** * Residence in areas adjacent to Callao * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 12 PM** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
