Job Summary: DIJISA S.A. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to organize, control, and improve deliveries and fleet efficiency in Pichari VRAEM. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose and implement improvements in the area We are DIJISA S.A., one of the leading companies in the marketing and distribution of mass-consumption products across Southern Lima, Central, and Eastern regions, representing major mass-consumption brands (Procter \& Gamble, Molitalia, Clorox, Protisa, Rinti, etc. **WE NEED A DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR FOR THE PICHARI VRAEM OFFICE** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Administration with a specialization in Logistics (PREFERRED) * Must reside in PICHARI (MANDATORY) * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fleet/Distribution Supervisor (preferably in mass consumption) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Driver's license (AIIB) PREFERRED. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Organize deliveries according to the daily consolidation report. * Coordinate necessary actions to ensure efficient control and supervision of distribution, meeting deadlines and avoiding losses. * Monitor and establish schedules and estimated times for performing various distribution tasks. * Control distribution operation costs. * Coordinate with the commercial department regarding order fulfillment. * Analyze efficiency reports to support decision-making related to rejections. * Analyze fleet fuel consumption performance to ensure adequate supply. * Propose and implement necessary improvements to enhance departmental efficiency. **COMPETENCIES**: * Personnel management * Planning and organizational skills * Customer orientation * Results orientation **BENEFITS**: * Job stability * Full payroll registration from day one * Market-competitive salary plus incentives * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, profit sharing) * Professional development opportunities **DON'T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR FAMILY!** **Apply through this channel or send your CV to 923 166 320, specifying the position and office location.** Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
