Identifies opportunities to improve the shopping experience A leading technology company is currently seeking an **E-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR**. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Manage daily e-commerce and marketplace operations. · Administer product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory. · Execute digital commercial campaigns focused on conversion and sales. · Continuously analyze KPIs and commercial results of the digital channel. · Continuously optimize e-commerce conversion, traffic, and performance. · Manage presence and growth on marketplaces and digital retail channels. · Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, content, and digital strategies. · Prepare weekly performance reports and action plans. · Identify opportunities to improve shopping experience and digital sales. · Monitor digital consumer trends, competition, and behavior. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential). * Must reside in areas near Miraflores. * Immediate availability. **WE OFFER**: * Market-competitive salary + performance-based bonus. * Formal employment registration. * Career growth and job stability. * Opportunity to join a reputable and growing company.
