Dynamic environment focused on warm and courteous service We are Olivia, a gastronomic-sector company currently undergoing expansion; therefore, we are seeking talent to fill our **Hostess** vacancy. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Mandatory). · Familiarity with the 24/7 system (Desirable). · Intermediate English proficiency (Not mandatory). **SKILLS:** · Excellent ability to communicate in a courteous, friendly, and assertive manner. · Proactive, empathetic, and charismatic attitude. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Verify and safeguard the integrity of equipment assigned to the area. · Organize, clean, and maintain order in the work area. · Coordinate and manage restaurant reservations and customer registration. · Provide telephone and system-based assistance. · Guide customers to their reserved locations or to available locations of their preference. · Deliver menus when waitstaff are occupied. · Warmly bid farewell to our customers and invite them to return soon.
