MISSION: Plan, direct, and supervise fieldwork execution, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, quality, and schedule objectives of the service, acting as the direct operational responsible to the client. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities**: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities on low-voltage (LV), medium-voltage (MV), high-voltage (HV), and extra-high-voltage (EHV) electrical equipment and installations in mining, utilities, and industry. * Diagnose recurring failures in electrical equipment and propose technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability. * Ensure scheduled activities comply with regulations, technical standards, and internal procedures. * Develop, review, and verify correct implementation of work procedures (PETS), instructions, and operational methodologies. * Assign tasks and efficiently manage resources (personnel, tools, and equipment) in coordination with technicians and operators. * Provide technical support and train personnel on: Best maintenance practices, Electrical safety, and New technologies. * Optimize material usage and reduce operational costs without compromising service quality. * Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work procedures. * Prepare technical reports, intervention records, failure analyses, and action plans for continuous improvement. * Present management reports and technical recommendations to management for decision-making. * Ensure compliance with national and international industrial and electrical safety regulations. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualification / Certification:** Graduate and licensed in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. Experience: * Minimum three years’ experience in electrical maintenance within the mining sector.
