As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products and materials. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Assistant (1 year) * Experience in the food industry * Experience in high-end restaurants (Desirable) * Solid knowledge of food handling, complying with hygiene and safety standards. * Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of employees. * Experience using inventory management systems, Kardex, and dispatch guides * Knowledge of INFOREST system (Mandatory) * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality and safety of stored products. * Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team. **Proficiency:** * Knowledge of logistics processes, including inventory management. * ERP \- Logistics system usage, recording warehouse product movements. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel knowledge **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all warehouse-related activities. * Receive and verify incoming goods, ensuring compliance with specifications and corresponding documentation. * Organize and classify products and materials in the warehouse according to established standards. * Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory system using appropriate management systems. * Coordinate distribution and dispatch of products and materials according to company and customer requirements. * Ensure continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene and safety standards. * Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and productive working environment. * Collaborate closely with other internal departments to meet stock requirements and ensure operational efficiency. * Prepare regular reports and updates for the Operations Manager on warehouse performance.
