What are the main responsibilities? * Manage technical service requests. * Assign service orders and coordinate with technical staff as required. * Ensure compliance with company-established procedures. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing, incomplete, or completed higher education in Networking, Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related fields. * Six months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency and familiarity with management applications. * A leadership-oriented, communicative, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
