Job Summary: INDACE GROUP is seeking a Technical Office Assistant to support work valuation, progress reporting, engineering updates, and productivity control for metal-mechanical projects. Participation in continuous improvement and productivity control **INDACE GROUP**, a metal-mechanical company specializing in the manufacture of **Spools \& Piping** for the oil \& gas, mining, and construction sectors, requires a **Technical Office Assistant.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D. * Knowledge of Tekla Structure. * Knowledge of material takeoff for mechanical systems, steel structures, and piping. * Drafting of drawings (mechanical, structural, piping, etc.). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform valuations of works executed during the period. * Support field progress reporting to ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely issuance of work valuations, and preparation of all control reports. * Conduct site visits and propose improvements. * Support engineering updates as changes are introduced by the client or driven by project needs. * Quote services from subcontractor companies and suppliers. * Support productivity tracking for labor and equipment, and control material waste. * Prepare the Control Dashboard, gap analysis, progress percentage, and operational forecasting. **IMPORTANT:** * Immediate availability. * Willingness to work in the district of **ATE**. * Full-time working schedule. * Male.
