Job Summary: We are seeking Accounting Assistants for responsibilities including invoicing, accounting recordkeeping, tax settlements, account analysis, and bank reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Manufacturing of structural metal products. We are seeking two (2) Accounting Assistants. **Responsibilities:** \* Proficiency in, execution of, and monitoring of electronic invoicing \* Validation and downloading of electronic receipts from suppliers (PDF and XML files) \* Organization and archiving of supplier payment transfers, petty cash disbursements \* Recording of accounting entries \* Tax settlements \* Account analysis \* Cash settlements \* Provisions \* Experience in bank reconciliations **Requirements:** · Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting · Proficiency in Starsoft system (preferred) · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. · On-site work mode **We Offer:** · Formal payroll enrollment from day one · Monthly salary: S/ 2000 (negotiable) · MYPE payroll plan (50% benefits) · Insurance: Statutory Life Insurance, SCTR, Essalud Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
