Job Summary: We are seeking an Electricity Trainer or Instructor with team leadership experience to develop specialized training programs in the electrical field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of specialized training programs in electricity. 2. Leading work teams and proposing new courses. 3. Preparing teaching materials and delivering training sessions. We are looking for an Electricity Trainer or Instructor with team leadership capabilities to contribute to the development of new specialized training programs in the electrical field. REQUIREMENTS: \* Technician graduate or certified in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnology, or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. \* Minimum 1 year of experience managing electricity-related training programs or technical talks. \* Experience leading work teams. \* Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas fluently and confidently. \* Planning, organizational, and teamwork skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Lead work teams. \* Propose new courses and training programs in the electrical field. \* Prepare manuals, teaching materials, and content. \* Deliver in-person talks and training sessions. \* Coordinate with the Marketing and Systems departments for course promotion and implementation.
