Career path and professional development **HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION ANALYST** Location: San Miguel \- On-site **Job Mission** Manage and execute personnel administration, payroll, and labor compliance processes, contributing to organizational efficiency and team well-being. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll, social benefits, and severance settlements. * File and reconcile AFP/ONP contributions, fifth-category income tax withholdings, and other labor obligations. * Administer employment contracts, renewals, and personnel documentation. * Manage labor benefits (subsidies, insurance, Life Law, leaves, EPS, etc.). * Monitor attendance, vacations, and personnel leave requests. * Provide support during labor inspections (SUNAFIL) and internal audits. * Prepare management reports and area indicators (HR KPIs). * Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes. * Execute employee wellness and internal communication activities. **Candidate Profile** * Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources and Administration. * Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. * Experience in payroll management and payroll software. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. **We Offer** * Timely payments (biweekly and end-of-month). * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Career path and professional development. * Corporate benefits Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
