Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of computer equipment, networks, CCTV systems, and to provide technical support for various incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 3. Technical and operational support in response to incidents. We are a prestigious chain of cafés \- restaurants, bakeries, and pastry shops with over 50 years in the market, seeking top talent to join our team for the position of SYSTEMS ASSISTANT \- Jesús María (ref. located in front of Universidad Pacífico) **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the proper functioning of all company computer equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of all computer equipment. * Network and CCTV cabling. * Administer and verify the backup operation of user data and databases across various systems. * Installation and configuration of all computer equipment. * Technical and operational support for incidents affecting any of the computing systems, networks, CCTV, landline and mobile telephony, and audio/video playback in stores. * Generate status and results reports. **Candidate Profile Requirements:** * University student (final cycles) in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields; or a professional. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Availability to work in Jesús María. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Training opportunities. * Corporate discounts at all our locations. * Participation in team-building activities: events/championships.
