Utilize clear and polished communication skills About Diata Health Diata Health is hiring a Concierge Phone Support Coordinator for a phone\-first, client\-facing remote role. This is not a clinical or medical position. We are looking for a lovely, warm team member to go above and beyond for our clients. What you will do * Onboard prospective clients and explain our core program at a clear, non\-clinical level * Answer and return phone calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism * Schedule and reschedule appointments; communicate by phone, email, and text * Document each interaction and next step accurately * Follow up proactively and escalate clinical or sensitive questions to the appropriate team member What we are looking for * Clear, polished spoken and written English; our clients are primarily U.S.\-based * A warm phone presence—you should sound like you are smiling through the phone * Customer service, hospitality, front\-desk, concierge, sales support, or call\-center experience is helpful; medical experience is not required * A demonstrated record of reliability and tenure in prior roles * Full\-time availability during U.S. Eastern business hours, Monday through Friday * A quiet professional workspace, desktop/laptop, reliable high\-speed internet, backup internet or power plan, and ability to track work time while online Compensation and process * Independent\-contractor role, 40 hours per week * USD $6–$10 per hour, depending on relevant experience and communication skills * Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the next round of our three\-phase interview process, including a brief voice audition.
