Logistical support and vehicle maintenance **Job Summary:** We seek a professional driver with a valid firearms license to accompany the company’s team on frequent trips to mining exploration zones in provincial areas. The role involves long-distance driving, stays at basic accommodations, and maintaining a security presence throughout the journey. **Main Responsibilities:** * Drive the team to projects in areas such as Huancayo, Áncash, etc. * Legally carry a firearm and provide a deterrent security presence * Drive safely and efficiently through rural and highland areas * Assist with loading, unloading, and basic logistics during trips * Remain available for trips lasting 4–7 days (sometimes longer) * Maintain the vehicle in good and clean condition; report any issues **Requirements:** * Valid armed security license and legal firearm carrying permit in Peru * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Prior experience in private security, the Armed Forces (FF.AA.), or the National Police (PNP) is preferred * Knowledge of routes from Lima to the highlands and provinces * Good physical condition, composure under pressure, and discretion * Willingness to stay in simple hotels or camps * Professionalism, punctuality, and courteous conduct at all times **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly salary: PEN 4,000, depending on experience * All travel expenses covered (hotel, meals, fuel, tolls) * Long-term opportunity with a growing company in the mining sector * Professional and respectful work environment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Salary: From PEN 4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
