Manage the company's cybersecurity resilience **Date:** Jan. 28, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Business Security’s mission is to ensure that the Information Security and Cybersecurity strategy aligns with business objectives and needs. This entails effective management of risks related to Information Security, as well as appropriate management of demand and required capacity to develop the Information Security strategy and implement required controls.**What will you do in your role?** * Manage the Information Security and Cybersecurity strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and needs. * Define and implement Information Security strategies that not only support but also drive company growth and efficiency, based on an understanding of business objectives and operational models. * Disseminate and participate in defining Information Security and Cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs. * Define and establish a communication system that is clear, truthful, timely, and easily understandable, aimed at facilitating interaction between business needs and Information Security activities, all within the framework of risk management. This contributes to maintaining an effective strategic relationship. * Manage the consolidation of the company’s established cybersecurity maturity level across processes, people, technologies, and data. * Promote and support the development of the organization-wide Information Security and Cybersecurity awareness and training program through concrete actions enabling various stakeholders to understand their responsibilities regarding Information Security, identify types of cyber threats affecting the organization, and foster adoption of fundamental security practices. * Monitor strategic and tactical Information Security and Cybersecurity indicators continuously to identify new business needs and risk trends. * Manage the capacity of the Information Security and Cybersecurity team to ensure Information Security support for the organization’s strategic projects, providing guidance to guarantee compliance with policies and Information Security and Cybersecurity guidelines, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity risk management in projects. * Plan and control the Information Security and Cybersecurity program at budgetary and performance levels. * Provide visibility into capabilities gained by the company as part of the evolution of cybersecurity maturity and risk management, across each activated service or capability, and how these generate business value. * Manage the development of the company’s cybersecurity resilience, engaging business units, partners for objective achievement, and stakeholders, within a cross-functional risk management environment. **What do we need from you?** * Professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. * Certification in ISO27001, ISO31000, COBIT, FAIR, ITIL, or related standards is desirable. * Minimum five (5) years of experience in this position or managing projects and/or topics related to Information Security and/or Cybersecurity. * Knowledge and experience in Information Security risk management, security reporting, project management, interaction with business areas, high-impact presentations, reporting, or related areas. * Intermediate-level technical English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
