Discover the life awaiting you at Accor—visit https://careers.accor.com/ Job Description The primary objective is to maintain rooms and various public areas of the establishment available for immediate offering or use. * Attend the daily briefing to receive information for the day. * Greet guests warmly, make eye contact, and address them by name. * Ensure the organization and sanitation of materials, equipment to be used, and the workplace. * Be responsible for guest comfort by ensuring proper cleaning of public areas and guest rooms. * Deliver a memorable service experience for guests. * Conduct shift handover following established procedures. * Report any situation deemed dangerous or suspicious in the hotel. * Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations, departmental policies, and procedures. * Embody the ideal attitudes of the “I Connect”, “I Engage”, “I Go the Extra Mile”, and “I Personalize” connector principles—the foundation of Accor’s values. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Attend all trainings scheduled by the company. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping preferred. * Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures, and operation of cleaning equipment. * Incomplete technical or university education; Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality preferred.
