Job Summary: MACOOR is seeking a proactive, service-oriented professional for security and control functions—ideal for former military personnel or those with security experience. Key Highlights: 1. Reporting of incidents and maintaining order MACOOR seeks a proactive candidate with good physical condition and strong service orientation to perform security and control duties. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in the Armed Forces, the National Police of Peru, or solid experience in private security. Responsibilities: \- Surveillance and access control at MACOOR facilities. \- Customer service and guidance for visitors/suppliers. \- Reporting of incidents and maintaining order. \- Adherence to established security protocols. Requirements: \- Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in security or guarding. \- Education/Training: Prior security experience preferred. \- Competencies: Good physical condition, discipline, punctuality, and honesty. \- Availability: Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in the Cerro Colorado area (Vía de Evitamiento). Working Conditions: \- Employment Type: Formal payroll employment under the General Regime. \- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Shift Rotation: Shift change every 6 days (once per month). \- Remuneration: \- Base Salary: S/ 1,500\.00 \- Overtime (extra hours): Included to reach an approximate gross monthly income of S/ 1,800\.00 \- S/ 1,900\.00\. Location: Cerro Colorado, Arequipa (Vía de Evitamiento \- MACOOR) Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.1,900\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
