A reputable transportation company specializing in mineral transport is seeking a MONITORING/GPS MANAGER – TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY. **Requirements:** * **Urgent!** Monitoring/GPS Manager required – transportation industry experience is mandatory. * Technical or university degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Intermediate-to-advanced office software proficiency. **(MANDATORY)** * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. **(MANDATORY)** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within transportation or related companies. **(MANDATORY)** * Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards. * Availability to work in Ate–Vitarte; residence in nearby areas is **MANDATORY** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor fleet operations. * Report vehicle locations according to schedules set by the Operations Department. * Report online the departure of vehicles from various mines to unloading points, specifying license plate numbers and destinations. * Report online the arrival time at overnight stop points and the restart time of routes. * Report online the start and completion times of unloading. * Generate reports on any distribution process anomalies (incidents, observations, delivery timing and details, etc.) to provide relevant information for decision-making. * Monitor and manage all alerts and incidents. * Create and update geo-routes. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits under the general regime. * Pleasant work environment.
