




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and track import/export shipments, provide personalized customer service, and support the commercial department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and support to the commercial department We are looking for a professional to join our team who meets the following requirements: Graduate in International Business Administration (University degree) MS Office – Intermediate Excel Knowledge of freight forwarding Intermediate spoken and written English Desirable experience of 5 years in similar positions. Responsibilities: Track and control customers' air and sea import/export shipments. Provide personalized customer service. Coordinate with the assigned commercial executive and submit reports for managing assigned accounts and continuously improving procedures. Support the commercial department in maintaining assigned accounts and reporting any operational discrepancies. Record information in the system. Coordinate with Operations – FWD and other departments (if necessary) to ensure proper handling of shipments. Manage air and sea consignments, coordinate with local carriers, handle visa approvals, manage pickups from air and sea warehouses, and handle settlements. Verify rates and profits for each assigned shipment to ensure proper file closure. Assume responsibility and commitment to company policies. Other duties assigned to the position.
