




Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure delivery of end-to-end logistics services, manage documentation, and provide customer solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end import/export logistics service management 2. Customer support and resolution of contingencies 3. Preparation and analysis of shipment tracking reports * Support import/export customers, including air/marine, LCL/FCL/project/IMO shipments. * Ensure delivery of end-to-end logistics services. * Submit declarations via SINTAD or SDA\-SUNAT, perform breakdowns, routing, and document management. * Provide customers with regular updates on shipment status. * Send pre\-alerts and documents for review and approval. * Enter/register shipments in SINTAD. * Prepare and analyze shipment tracking reports. * Develop KPIs. * Provide continuous support. * Resolve contingencies proactively to retain customer accounts. * Close files and transfer them to the Billing and Treasury departments.
