Ability to adapt and lead teams. **RESIDENCE ASSISTANT** A civil construction company is seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as a RESIDENCE ASSISTANT during the execution of civil and architectural works for an industrial warehouse in Callao. We seek a professional with proven experience in quality management, solid knowledge of construction processes, and a proactive approach to ensure compliance with project technical and regulatory standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of certified field experience. * Solid knowledge of quality management and control in construction projects. * Proficiency in technical and applicable regulatory documentation. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Organizational, leadership, and detail-oriented skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Strong adaptability and leadership capacity. * Ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise, monitor, and control the execution of works according to the project schedule. * Support daily reporting. * Assist in verifying field-executed works. * Prepare weekly reports. * Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and budgeting. * Conduct on-site follow-up and coordination at all levels. * Attend and follow up on meetings with supervision. * Report crew productivity. * Request materials and track delivery to site. * Perform other duties assigned by the Residence.
