Position Summary: Provides support in the operational management of projects, ensuring appropriate planning, supervision, documentation, and follow-up, as well as technological development. Supervises and optimizes load planning and delivery route scheduling. **Position Summary** **Location:** Lima – Ate **Position Purpose:** Provides support in the operational management of projects, ensuring they are properly planned, supervised, documented, and followed up. Ensures technological development within the area and research methodology aligned with Distribution & Transport processes, guarantees corporate and governmental objectives related to national cargo transportation—such as those set by MTC, SUNAT, among others—as well as Nestlé Perú’s guidelines and policies regarding quality, safety, and environmental standards. **A Day in the Life of...** * Visualize and route orders entered into SAP via the Transportation Cockpit. * Implement and maintain up-to-date use of planning tools, visualization tools, and planning and delivery tracking tools; review merchandise picking to ensure correct quantities and condition. * Assign trucks for dispatch and delivery of goods to customers, considering number of customers, delivery zone, weight, and volume; ensure proper loading of units. * Evaluate and forecast truck requirements to meet demand based on sales volume growth across different channels; participate in and lead closing meetings with the Distribution and Customer Service teams. * Coordinate with transport companies on truck loading schedules, considering customer time windows; review dented product status with Reverse Logistics. * Enhance and maximize warehouse productivity through appropriate load planning, aligning merchandise preparation schedules for truck dispatch. * Coordinate all activities inherent to the loading, modularization, and stowage process. * Supervise the loading process on-site, verifying compliance with loading requirements and specifications according to sales channel, business unit, and customer. * Conduct on-site verification of delivery conditions at customers in Lima and provinces. * Monitor and track vehicles en route until merchandise delivery; evaluate optimal routes for merchandise delivery. * Conduct random audits of trip planning compliance for provincial routes. * Supervise adherence to safe driving standards on route through Safe Coaching. * Review freight charges and additional operational expenses. * Generate purchase orders (POs) for freight, exceptional expenses, and transportation forms. * Transfer products using the pallet truck equipment. * Comply with Good Storage Practices, 5S, Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental, and Quality standards. * Perform checklist and monitor proper functioning of the pallet truck; immediately report any deviations to the Distribution Department. **What Will Make You Successful** * University degree and/or technical qualification in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or Transportation. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience in Logistics Management, Fleet Administration, Transport Safety, Cost Analysis, National Goods Distribution, Vehicle Routing and Planning. * Personnel under supervision. **Internal Requirements:** * Approval from your direct manager. * For Permanent Employees: Must have held your current position for at least 12 months. * For Temporary Employees: Must be within your final two months of contract. * Training Programs: No minimum tenure required to apply. * Minimum rating of 2.2 in the most recent PDP (People Development and Performance). * Completion of mandatory Compliance training courses. **Competencies:** * Internal Collaboration * Courage * Taking Ownership * Agility * Resilience **Deadline:** 08/06/2026
