Position Summary:
Le Cordon Bleu is seeking a Professional Human Resources Intern to provide support in onboarding processes, information management, training, induction, and internal communication.

**Responsibilities:**
Provide support in the onboarding process of new employees, including tracking required documentation and coordinating access permissions.
Assist in managing and updating employee information in internal platforms and HR systems.
Provide operational support for in-person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, platform monitoring, and attendance tracking.
Support onboarding management by coordinating schedules, planning activities, and updating related templates.
Assist in drafting internal announcements, scheduling email campaigns, and other internal communication initiatives.
Monitor and track emails received by the Human Resources department to ensure proper routing and timely response.
Support performance evaluation and workplace climate assessment processes.
Assist in administering and tracking information on the BUK platform.
Provide support for activities and events organized by the Human Resources department.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements
**Requirements:**
Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
Minimum 6 months of experience performing administrative or HR support functions.
Proficiency in CANVA or other design tools (Desirable).
