Additionally, they are responsible for planning, executing, and enabling the transfer of more mature technologies to various business units. **Candidate Requirements** ACCIONA, for its Industrial business, requires hiring a Technical Office Coordinator: **Mission:** * Lead the project’s Technical Office, ensuring comprehensive control of technical, economic, and planning information through management of quantity take-offs, valuations, scheduling, and progress analysis—providing critical support to construction and project management for decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the project’s Technical Office team. * Coordinate the preparation and control of construction quantity take-offs. * Supervise preparation of construction and subcontractor valuations. * Manage physical progress vs. schedule control. * Coordinate project scheduling jointly with Construction. * Prepare and update schedules (baseline and tracking). * Analyze schedule deviations and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with Engineering for drawing reviews and scope changes. * Control management of RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation. * Support preparation of progress reports for clients and management. * Coordinate with Cost Control for economic monitoring of the project. * Support management of variations and change orders. * Ensure consistency among physical progress, economic status, and scheduling. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications / Degree:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related fields). * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Technical Office Manager, preferably on transmission line and substation projects. * Desirable specialization in project management or planning. **Languages and Required Proficiency:** * English proficiency desirable for managing technical documents and international supply contracts. **Additional Knowledge:** * Implementation and monitoring of the Quality Assurance and Control Plan (QACP). * Project scheduling (MS Project, Primavera preferred). * Quantity take-off and valuation control. * Cost management and economic control. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Knowledge of EPC contracts.
